目的：探讨开放盆腔后腹膜对于恶性肿瘤行盆腔淋巴清扫术术后淋巴囊肿形成的影响。方法：2009-2012年收治子宫广泛切除及盆腔淋巴清扫术患者180例，随机分为两组，对照组80例，研究组100例。比较两组手术时间、淋巴囊肿发生率、淋巴囊肿大小。结果：开放后腹膜组手术时间、盆腔淋巴囊肿发生率及淋巴囊肿大小与关闭后腹膜组差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：盆腔淋巴清扫术后开放后腹膜可缩短手术时间，较少淋巴囊肿的形成。

목적：탐토개방분강후복막대우악성종류행분강림파청소술술후림파낭종형성적영향。방법：2009-2012년수치자궁엄범절제급분강림파청소술환자180례，수궤분위량조，대조조80례，연구조100례。비교량조수술시간、림파낭종발생솔、림파낭종대소。결과：개방후복막조수술시간、분강림파낭종발생솔급림파낭종대소여관폐후복막조차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：분강림파청소술후개방후복막가축단수술시간，교소림파낭종적형성。
Objective:To explore the influence of opening pelvic posterior peritoneum on pelvic lymph node dissection postoperative lymph cyst formation for cancer.Methods:180 patients with radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection were selected from 2009 to 2012.They were randomly divided into two groups,80 cases in the control group,100 patients in the research group.The operative time,lymphatic cyst occurrence rate,lymphatic cyst size of two groups were compared.Results:The operative time,pelvic lymphatic cyst occurrence rate,lymphatic cyst size of the opening posterior peritoneum group had significant differences with those of the closing posterior peritoneum group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The opening posterior peritoneum after pelvic lymph node dissection can shorten the operation time.It has less formation of lymphatic cyst.
