目的：探讨乳腺癌改良根治术后并发症原因，提出有价值的预防措施。方法：2007年1-12月收治乳腺癌改良根治术患者62例作为对照组，分析其并发症原因，并提出改进措施；2008年1-12月同类患者66例作为观察组，应用上述改进措施。对比两组并发症情况。结果：对照组并发症出现率17.7%(11/62)，观察组6.1%(4/66)，两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：我院制定改进措施可显著降低乳腺癌改良根治术后并发症，具备一定参考价值。

목적：탐토유선암개량근치술후병발증원인，제출유개치적예방조시。방법：2007년1-12월수치유선암개량근치술환자62례작위대조조，분석기병발증원인，병제출개진조시；2008년1-12월동류환자66례작위관찰조，응용상술개진조시。대비량조병발증정황。결과：대조조병발증출현솔17.7%(11/62)，관찰조6.1%(4/66)，량조차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：아원제정개진조시가현저강저유선암개량근치술후병발증，구비일정삼고개치。
Objective:To investigate the reasons of complications after modified radical mastectomy operation,and put forward the valuable preventive measures.Methods:62 cases with modified radical mastectomy were selected from January to December of 2007 as the control group.We analyze the causes of complications and put forward the improvement measures.Then we selected 66 similar patients from January to December of 2008 as the observation group,using the improved measures.Then we compared the complications rate in the two groups.Results:In the control group,the incidence of complications was 17.7%(11/62),while in the observation group it was 6.1% (4/66).The difference was significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Formulating improvement measures can significantly reduce the complications after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer,so it has a certain reference value.
