目的:探讨呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)测定哮喘患者气道炎性反应的临床价值。方法:2013年2月-2014年5月收治哮喘患者167例作为A组,并将其分为A1组(哮喘控制组)、A2组(部分控制组)与A3组(未控制组)。选择同期50例健康人员作为 B 组。对 A、B 两组患者的 FeNO 进行测定,对比两组 FEV1%、FEV1/FVC%的差异。结果:A 组患者FEV1%、FEV1/FVC%低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组FeNO高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,A1组与A2组患者FeNO值均显著的下降,但 A2组 FeNO 与 A3组、A1组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:FeNO水平能够对哮喘患者气道炎性反应进行有效评估,为哮喘疾病的诊断与治疗提供准确的参考价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of breath of nitric oxide(FeNO) determining the airway inflammatory reaction in patients with asthma.Methods:167 cases of patients with asthma from February 2013 to May 2014 as group A were divided into group A1 (the asthma controlled group),group A2 (the asthma controlled partial group) and group A3 (non control group).50 cases of healthy persons at the same period were as the group B.FeNO of the patients in groups A and B were determined.We compared the FEV1%,FEV1/FVC% of the two groups.Results:The FEV1%,FEV1/FVC% of patients in group A were lower than that of the group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The FeNO of group A was higher than that of the group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the FeNO values of patients in group A1 and A2 were significantly declined,but there was no statistically significant difference of FeNO between group A2 and group A3,group A1(P>0.05). Conclusion:FeNO level could evaluate the airway inflammatory reaction in patients with asthma effectively,which could provide accurate reference value for the diagnosis and treatment of asthma disease.
