炸药包装过程中,药卷外表面会出现各类缺陷,严重影响了产品包装质量。针对此问题,本文提出利用机器视觉技术,在线检测药卷缺陷并进行识别。在图像预处理基础上,对药卷进行定位,并提取缺陷特征,然后对缺陷进行计算。仿真实验表明,本文提出方法可以在线检测药卷缺陷,满足快速包装生产线的需求。

Some kinds of defections are found inside the cartridged explosives in the packing processes of industrial explosives. It will depress the production quality of packing. An approach is presented in the paper for inspecting the defection of cartridged explosives and identifying using the machine vision technology. After preprocessing the images acquired from the real process, the cartridged explosives are located, and the defection feature is extracted, as well as the defections are computed. The experiments show that the proposed method can inspect the defection of cartridged explosives and satisfy the requirement of the packing line.
