文章阐述设置点的地位与作用，透析设置点的多样性与多元化，分析比较设置点的优劣，为创新形成科学的学生党支部构建模式提供理论支撑。文章认为专业设置点是更为科学合理准确的最佳设置点。以专业为设置点设置学生党支部，把学生党支部建在专业上，有利于创新形成高职高专院校学生党支部“院（系）--专业--班级”构建模式。

This article describes the position and role of the set-point, and analyzes its diversity, pluralism, and advantages and disadvantages to pro?vide theoretical support for the construction model of student branch of Party. This paper puts forwards that professional set-point is more reasonable and accurate. Setting the student branch of Party based on professional set-point and building student branch of Party on it, this is conducive to form the construction model of col ege-profession-class in vocational col eges.
