中国在与东南亚国家发展合作的过程中总会遇到各种各样的问题。要想推进中国与东南亚文化的融汇、同步发展，共同构建良好的环境资源，就必须在传统文化基础上积极地相互借鉴与学习、取长补短，同时要在双方之间建立一份信任与理解，使中国在东南亚威胁论的说法不攻自破。
