近年来全脑灌注CT（CT perfusion ，CTP）在烟雾病（moyamoya disease ，MMD）中应用越来越广泛，由于传统的16层、64层C T灌注扫描范围局限，不能反映烟雾病脑血管的整体情况，全脑灌注C T不仅解决了灌注范围不足的问题同时可以获得CT血管造影（CT angiography ，CTA）成像，这对于烟雾病的诊断、术前定位、分级、疗效评价及预后评估具有重要意义。
근년래전뇌관주CT（CT perfusion ，CTP）재연무병（moyamoya disease ，MMD）중응용월래월엄범，유우전통적16층、64층C T관주소묘범위국한，불능반영연무병뇌혈관적정체정황，전뇌관주C T불부해결료관주범위불족적문제동시가이획득CT혈관조영（CT angiography ，CTA）성상，저대우연무병적진단、술전정위、분급、료효평개급예후평고구유중요의의。
Recently ,whole brain CT perfusion combined with CT angiography imaging has been used increasingly in pa‐tients with moyamoya disesse .Because of the limit of traditional 16‐slice and 64‐slice CT perfusion scanning range ,it can‐not reflect the whole cerebrov ascular situation of moyamoya disease .Whole brain perfusion CT can not only solve the problem of insufficient filling range ,but also ,at the same time ,get the CT angiography imaging .Therefore ,it has great significance for the diagnosis ,preoperative olcalization ,grading ,curative effect evaluation and prognosis evaluation of moyamoya disease .
