目的:探讨先天性肾上腺皮质增生所致女性假两性畸形的CT 表现特点及诊断价值。方法经手术及临床诊断为先天性肾上腺皮质增生所致女性假两性畸形6例患者,分析其CT 表现及特点。结果6例患者均未经激素治疗,双侧肾上腺内外肢弥漫性增粗、迂曲、延长,1例表现为结节状、串珠状增生;轮廓清晰,密度均匀,增强扫描呈明显、均匀、同步强化。结论肾上腺弥漫性、串珠状增生有一定的特征性,有助于提高女性假两性畸形的影像诊断敏感性,结合临床综合分析,做出正确诊断。
目的:探討先天性腎上腺皮質增生所緻女性假兩性畸形的CT 錶現特點及診斷價值。方法經手術及臨床診斷為先天性腎上腺皮質增生所緻女性假兩性畸形6例患者,分析其CT 錶現及特點。結果6例患者均未經激素治療,雙側腎上腺內外肢瀰漫性增粗、迂麯、延長,1例錶現為結節狀、串珠狀增生;輪廓清晰,密度均勻,增彊掃描呈明顯、均勻、同步彊化。結論腎上腺瀰漫性、串珠狀增生有一定的特徵性,有助于提高女性假兩性畸形的影像診斷敏感性,結閤臨床綜閤分析,做齣正確診斷。
목적:탐토선천성신상선피질증생소치녀성가량성기형적CT 표현특점급진단개치。방법경수술급림상진단위선천성신상선피질증생소치녀성가량성기형6례환자,분석기CT 표현급특점。결과6례환자균미경격소치료,쌍측신상선내외지미만성증조、우곡、연장,1례표현위결절상、천주상증생;륜곽청석,밀도균균,증강소묘정명현、균균、동보강화。결론신상선미만성、천주상증생유일정적특정성,유조우제고녀성가량성기형적영상진단민감성,결합림상종합분석,주출정학진단。
Objective To evaluate the CT characteristics and their clinical value of female pseudohermaphroditism caused by congenital adrenal cortex hyperplasia .Methods The CT manifestations and characteristics of 6 patients ,who suffered from female pseudohermaphroditism caused by congenital adrenal cortex hyperplasia confirmed by operation and clinic , were retrospectively analyzed .Results All 6 patients were not received any hormone therapy .Those cases presented with the diffuse thickening ,prolongation and twist of bilateral adrenal glands and 1 case presented with nodular or beaded hy‐perplasia .All cases exhibited clear outline and ,uniform density .The enhanced scanning showed obvious ,uniform ,aand synchronization enhancement .Conclusion The diffuse and beaded hyperplasia of adrenal glands has certain characteris‐tics ,which is helpful for improving the image diagnostic sensitivity of female pseudohermaphroditism .Ccombined with the clinical manifestations and laboratory examinations for the comprehensive analysis ,the right diagnosis can be made in clini‐cal practice .
