目的:观察正常高值血压人群血清肌酸激酶(CK)水平与其血压及血清内皮素-1( ET-1)的相关性。方法选取江西省人民医院2012年2月至2014年2月门诊健康体检人群178例。其中正常血压组50例,正常高值血压组68例,高血压组60例。使用全自动生化分析仪测定血脂、肝肾功能、CK;采用放射免疫法测定血清ET-1。分析3组间血清CK、ET-1的差异,以及血清CK水平与血压、ET-1水平的相关性。结果⑴在正常血压组、正常高值血压组、高血压组中,血清CK水平分别为(106.52±23.10),(153.28±25.06),and(169.56±22.32)IU/L(P<0.05);血清 ET-1水平分别为(73.98±12.46),(85.98±15.82),(96.09±14.05)ng/L(P<0.05)。⑵直线相关分析显示血清CK与收缩压(r=0.35,P<0.05)、舒张压(r=0.36,P<0.05)、ET-1水平(r=0.33,P<0.05)呈正相关。结论正常高值血压人群已有细胞能量代谢的变化;血清CK与血清ET-1密切相关。

목적:관찰정상고치혈압인군혈청기산격매(CK)수평여기혈압급혈청내피소-1( ET-1)적상관성。방법선취강서성인민의원2012년2월지2014년2월문진건강체검인군178례。기중정상혈압조50례,정상고치혈압조68례,고혈압조60례。사용전자동생화분석의측정혈지、간신공능、CK;채용방사면역법측정혈청ET-1。분석3조간혈청CK、ET-1적차이,이급혈청CK수평여혈압、ET-1수평적상관성。결과⑴재정상혈압조、정상고치혈압조、고혈압조중,혈청CK수평분별위(106.52±23.10),(153.28±25.06),and(169.56±22.32)IU/L(P<0.05);혈청 ET-1수평분별위(73.98±12.46),(85.98±15.82),(96.09±14.05)ng/L(P<0.05)。⑵직선상관분석현시혈청CK여수축압(r=0.35,P<0.05)、서장압(r=0.36,P<0.05)、ET-1수평(r=0.33,P<0.05)정정상관。결론정상고치혈압인군이유세포능량대사적변화;혈청CK여혈청ET-1밀절상관。
Objective To exam the serum level of creatine kinase (CK) in perhypertension and explore how it is related to blood pressure and the serum levels of Endothelin-1(ET-1). Methods From February 2012 to February 2014,178 healthy crowd were selected from The Jiangxi province People's Hospictal. Based on the blood pressure ,all of them were divided into three groups:the normal blood pressure group(n=50)、the perhypertension group(n=68) and the hypertension group(n=60). The levels of blood fat,hepatic and renal functions,and the serum levels of CK were measured by the full-automatic biochemical analyzer;the serum levels of ET-1 were measured by the radioimmunoassay method. the serum levels of CK and ET-1 was analyzed in three groups;and the relevance of CK to blood pressure and ET-1 was analyzed. Results ⑴Among the normal blood pressure group、perhypertension group and hypertension group,the serum CK levels were(106.52±23.10),(153.28±25.06),and(169.56±22.32)IU/L (P<0.05),respectively;and the serum ET-1 levels were(73.98±12.46),(85.98±15.82),(96.09±14.05)ng/L(P<0.05),respectively. ⑵Linear correlation analysis showed that CK was positively correlated with systolic pressures(r=0.35,P<0.05),diastolic pressures(r=0.36,P<0.05)and ET-1(r=0.33,P<0.05). Conclusion Cellular energy metabolism has changed in perhypertension. The serum CK and the serum ET-1are closely related.
