目前,珠三角一些汽车维修厂空压机房高压空气供气系统中,活动式连接管道因锁紧力不足,经常松脱漏气,为解决松脱漏气问题,提出了通过加工环形凹槽的方法,以增加锁紧力,达到防止管道松脱漏气的解决设计方案。实验结果表明,只要环形凹槽深达到0.3 mm以上,就能使10 kg/cm2气压的管道不松脱。
目前,珠三角一些汽車維脩廠空壓機房高壓空氣供氣繫統中,活動式連接管道因鎖緊力不足,經常鬆脫漏氣,為解決鬆脫漏氣問題,提齣瞭通過加工環形凹槽的方法,以增加鎖緊力,達到防止管道鬆脫漏氣的解決設計方案。實驗結果錶明,隻要環形凹槽深達到0.3 mm以上,就能使10 kg/cm2氣壓的管道不鬆脫。
목전,주삼각일사기차유수엄공압궤방고압공기공기계통중,활동식련접관도인쇄긴력불족,경상송탈루기,위해결송탈루기문제,제출료통과가공배형요조적방법,이증가쇄긴력,체도방지관도송탈루기적해결설계방안。실험결과표명,지요배형요조심체도0.3 mm이상,취능사10 kg/cm2기압적관도불송탈。
Now in the PRD, high pressure air supply system of some auto repair factory air compressor room, movable connecting pipe for locking force is insufficient, often loose leakage, in order to solve the problem of loose leakage, this paper put forward a method through the annular groove processing, in order to increase the clamping force, to prevent the pipeline loose leakage. The experimental results show that,as long as the depth of the annular groove to 0.3mm above can make the pipeline of 10kg/cm2 pressure do not loose.
