This paper analyzed the suture with needle punching process and the existing drilling equipments through research, established the design goals of full automation of the suture with needle punching process. Through the design of mechanical structure and control system,the medical suture needle with punch can keep up with the development of modern automation control, the control is simpler, and operation is more convenient.
