利用仿真分析软件Hypermesh和ANSYS对某新型常闭液压钳制器进行有限元仿真,分析其受力情况。通过仿真分析,发现支点长柱长度太短,长柱两端应力集中非常严重,延长支点长柱的长度能够有效改善应力集中的情况。同时通过仿真获得了常闭液压钳制器预紧力与钳制力的关系曲线,及预紧力为35416 N时液压与钳制力的关系曲线,获得满足要求的钳制器维持开闭状态所需螺栓预紧力和液压的大小,为钳制器的研制提供依据。

이용방진분석연건Hypermesh화ANSYS대모신형상폐액압겸제기진행유한원방진,분석기수력정황。통과방진분석,발현지점장주장도태단,장주량단응력집중비상엄중,연장지점장주적장도능구유효개선응력집중적정황。동시통과방진획득료상폐액압겸제기예긴력여겸제력적관계곡선,급예긴력위35416 N시액압여겸제력적관계곡선,획득만족요구적겸제기유지개폐상태소수라전예긴력화액압적대소,위겸제기적연제제공의거。
Finite element simulation is been used on stress ansysis of a new closed hydraulic clamping device. It is shown that the long supporting column is too short that the stress concentration has occurred in both ends of the column. To improve this performance the lengthening of the column has been applied. The relation curve of pre-tightening force against clamping force and the curve of hydraulic against clamping force at 35416N pre-tightening force can be obtain through simulation. Therefore the required pre-tightening force and the hydraulic for keeping the device closed can be derived.
