修边机构是高速封边机的核心功能部件之一。借助CAD软件建立了高速封边机修边机构的三维装配体模型,应用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立了相应的虚拟样机模型,结合实际运行工况,进行运动学仿真,分别研究了封边速度、气缸压力对修边机构性能的影响关系,确定了最优的封边速度和气缸压力,并进行了实验验证,实验结果与仿真结果相吻合;应用Ansys软件进行了修边机构的强度分析和校核,为轻量化设计奠定了基础。
脩邊機構是高速封邊機的覈心功能部件之一。藉助CAD軟件建立瞭高速封邊機脩邊機構的三維裝配體模型,應用多體動力學倣真軟件ADAMS建立瞭相應的虛擬樣機模型,結閤實際運行工況,進行運動學倣真,分彆研究瞭封邊速度、氣缸壓力對脩邊機構性能的影響關繫,確定瞭最優的封邊速度和氣缸壓力,併進行瞭實驗驗證,實驗結果與倣真結果相吻閤;應用Ansys軟件進行瞭脩邊機構的彊度分析和校覈,為輕量化設計奠定瞭基礎。

A 3D assembly model of the trimming structure, which is one of the key parts of high-speed side-sealing machine, is established by CAD software in this paper. In order to optimize the combination of the sealing speed and cylinder pressure which would affect the performance of the trimming structure,a kinematics analysis of the corresponding virtual prototype that is utilized by multi-body dynamic simulation software ADAMS is simulated refer to the actual operating conditions. Meanwhile, the experimental and simulation results are identical with each other. Strength analysis and the verification of the trimming structure by using ANSYS have laid down the foundation for the lightweight design.
