研究了弯纵复合振动驻波振子的振动方程,由纵弯振动方程推导出触头作椭圆运动规律,并进行运动状态分析。提出利用高频转动的椭圆振子代替纵弯振动触头的模拟思路,给出了等同性原理的证明。利用ABAQUS有限元软件对三种驱动模型,各向同性和各向异性两类材料,对不同预压力下的空载速度、阻力和负载特性进行了计算分析,得出在纵向弹性模量相同的情况下,水平弹性模量大的各向异性材料的使用性能更优越。
研究瞭彎縱複閤振動駐波振子的振動方程,由縱彎振動方程推導齣觸頭作橢圓運動規律,併進行運動狀態分析。提齣利用高頻轉動的橢圓振子代替縱彎振動觸頭的模擬思路,給齣瞭等同性原理的證明。利用ABAQUS有限元軟件對三種驅動模型,各嚮同性和各嚮異性兩類材料,對不同預壓力下的空載速度、阻力和負載特性進行瞭計算分析,得齣在縱嚮彈性模量相同的情況下,水平彈性模量大的各嚮異性材料的使用性能更優越。
연구료만종복합진동주파진자적진동방정,유종만진동방정추도출촉두작타원운동규률,병진행운동상태분석。제출이용고빈전동적타원진자대체종만진동촉두적모의사로,급출료등동성원리적증명。이용ABAQUS유한원연건대삼충구동모형,각향동성화각향이성량류재료,대불동예압력하적공재속도、조력화부재특성진행료계산분석,득출재종향탄성모량상동적정황하,수평탄성모량대적각향이성재료적사용성능경우월。
Mode equations of longitudinal and flexural vibration for hybrid-vibrator were deduced,the el-lipse vibration locus was got,and the location with time domain for tip of vibrator was analyzed. The idea was proposed that ellipse vibrator of high speed rotate substituted the tip of vibrator of ellipse high fre-quency vibration, and the equal principle of their contact drive was proposed. Using ABAQUS FEM sim-ulated three drive model and two kinds of materials which are isotropy and anisotropy, the no-load speed, stop load, load characteristics under different pre-load were calculated and analyzed. A conclusion is drawn that drive performance of anisotropic material which has big horizontal elasticity modulus are good and has the same longitudinal elasticity modulus with isotropic material.
