本文以GABI为工具,以微波炉为研究对象,在清单分析的基础上对其进行生命周期碳排放评估。结果表明,虽然微波炉使用阶段排放最多(94.75%),但真正具有改进潜能的阶段为材料生产阶段与产品制造阶段。材料对材料生产阶段和制造工艺阶段的排放都有较大的影响,改善材料的环境属性是减少排放的有效措施。

Taking the microwave oven as the study object, this paper evaluates its life cycle carbon emissions based on the inventory analysis by using the tool GABI. The results show that although the major emission process is using stage(94.75%), the material production stage and the product manufacturing stages are the keys to decrease carbon emissions. As materials have great effects on the carbon emissions of material production and product manufacturing, the most effective way for better performance is to improve materials’ environmental properties.
