在生产测试中发现,大部分涡旋式冷凝机组在启动时会出现管路应力应变超标的现象。为了解这一现象对机组可靠性的影响,本文分析了大功率涡旋式压缩机在冷凝机组中使用时,其开机振动对机组管路寿命的影响。分析结果表明,大功率压缩机自身动平衡、启动特点等是引起启动应力应变超标的关键因素,与管路无直接关系,调整管路可以缓解此现象但无法大幅降低启动应力应变值;此外,分析也表明,启动应力应变值测试结果偏大对机组可靠性无直接影响。

During the production test, it found that the stress and strain when scroll condensing units started up will be excessive. In order to study the influence of this phenomenon on the reliability of unit, this paper analyzes the influence of start-up vibration on the life-span of unit pipelines when the high-power scroll compressor used in condensing units. The analysis results show that, the dynamic balance and start-up characteristics of high-power scroll compressors are the key factors of excessive start-up stress and strain and it has no direct relationship with the pipelines. The modulating of pipelines could mitigate this phenomenon but is unable to reduce the stress and strain value significantly. Excessive start-up stress and strain has no direct impact on the reliability of the refrigerant condensing units.
