目的：总结大网膜增厚的声像图表现，探讨其在疾病诊断中的作用及意义。方法回顾分析我院31例经手术及临床诊断明确患者的原发疾病及其周围组织的声像图，总结周围组织即大网膜的显像在原发疾病诊断中的作用。结果31例患者大网膜增厚，回声增强，呈均匀性高或中等及偏低回声，类似饼状，28例包绕或靠近原发病灶，9例内可见结节状低回声，病理证实为种植性转移。结论超声发现大网膜增厚显像，有助于原发疾病位置的寻找及良恶性的判断。
목적：총결대망막증후적성상도표현，탐토기재질병진단중적작용급의의。방법회고분석아원31례경수술급림상진단명학환자적원발질병급기주위조직적성상도，총결주위조직즉대망막적현상재원발질병진단중적작용。결과31례환자대망막증후，회성증강，정균균성고혹중등급편저회성，유사병상，28례포요혹고근원발병조，9례내가견결절상저회성，병리증실위충식성전이。결론초성발현대망막증후현상，유조우원발질병위치적심조급량악성적판단。
Objective Summarizethe ultrasonographic manifestation ofomentum majus thickening , explore its role in disease diagnosis and significance .Methods Retrospectively analyzed the primary diseases and thesonogram of surrounding tissue of 31 cases patients who were confirmed by operation and clinical diagnosis.Summarized the diagnosis function of surrounding tissueimagingin primary disease .Results 31 cases of patients with greater omentum thickening , enhanced echo , presented a high uniformity in grade or low echo , the shape like cake, 28 cases of wrap around or near the primary lesion , nodular low echo been found in 9 cases, histologically confirmed as plantingmetastases .Conclusions Thickening imaging of greater omentum is help to find out the location of the primary disease and judging benign or malignant of diseases .
