目的：探讨王常绮主任医师自拟疏肝降逆和胃方用于治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床应用效果。方法：筛选2013年1月—2014年5月我院收治的胆汁反流性胃炎患者98例，作为研究对象。采用随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组，每组49例，其中对照组采用常规西药治疗，观察组采用自拟疏肝降逆和胃方进行治疗，两组患者持续性治疗4个疗程，每疗程7d，比较两组患者治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果：统计两组治疗总有效率比较可知，观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，并且不良反应发生率显著低于对照组，P<0.05，具有统计学意义。结论：采用自拟疏肝降逆和胃方治疗胆汁反流性胃炎较西药疗法具有较好的临床治疗效果，并且不良反应发生率较低，具有临床应用及推广价值。
목적：탐토왕상기주임의사자의소간강역화위방용우치료담즙반류성위염적림상응용효과。방법：사선2013년1월—2014년5월아원수치적담즙반류성위염환자98례，작위연구대상。채용수궤수표법장기분위관찰조여대조조，매조49례，기중대조조채용상규서약치료，관찰조채용자의소간강역화위방진행치료，량조환자지속성치료4개료정，매료정7d，비교량조환자치료효과급불량반응발생정황。결과：통계량조치료총유효솔비교가지，관찰조환자치료총유효솔명현고우대조조，병차불량반응발생솔현저저우대조조，P<0.05，구유통계학의의。결론：채용자의소간강역화위방치료담즙반류성위염교서약요법구유교호적림상치료효과，병차불량반응발생솔교저，구유림상응용급추엄개치。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Shugan Jiangni Hewei decoction for clinical application effect on bile reflux gastritis by Doc.WANG Chang-qi. Methods: 98 cases of bile reflux gastritis from January, 2013 to May, 2014 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 49 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine, while patients in the observation group were treated with self-made Shugan Jiangni Hewei decoction, continuously 4 courses,7 days per course, and the effects and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results:Compared the total effective rate of the two groups, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group with lower incidence of adverse reaction than the control group, P<0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion:Self-made Shugan Jiangni Hewei decoction has an excellent effect on bile reflux gastritis with lower incidence rate of adverse reactions, which has clinical value for application and popularization.
