目的：：探讨护理配合中药烫熨加贴敷疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的效果。方法：将120例入选的膝骨关节炎患者随机分为试验组、对照组各60例。试验组采用自拟方烫熨和五方散贴敷；对照组采用模拟剂烫熨和贴敷，两组均为每天1次。1周后分别对比观察膝关节疼痛、肿胀、活动度的变化。结果：治疗一周后，在关节疼痛、肿胀及活动度上，治疗前、后P<0.05；对照组与试验组的比较P<0.01，有统计学意义。结论：护理配合中药烫熨加贴敷疗法治疗膝骨关节炎疗效确切。
목적：：탐토호리배합중약탕의가첩부요법치료슬골관절염적효과。방법：장120례입선적슬골관절염환자수궤분위시험조、대조조각60례。시험조채용자의방탕의화오방산첩부；대조조채용모의제탕의화첩부，량조균위매천1차。1주후분별대비관찰슬관절동통、종창、활동도적변화。결과：치료일주후，재관절동통、종창급활동도상，치료전、후P<0.05；대조조여시험조적비교P<0.01，유통계학의의。결론：호리배합중약탕의가첩부요법치료슬골관절염료효학절。
Objective:To investigate the effect of TCM heating and sticking therapy combined with nursing on knee osteoarthritis. Methods:120 cases with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, 60 cases in each group. Patients in the experimental group were treated with self-made Wufang Power? patients in the control group were treated by simulating heating and sticking, one time per day for the two groups. After one week, the changes of knee pain, swelling and activity were compared. Results:After one week of treatment, for the joint pain, swelling and activity, before and after the treatment, P<0.05?compared the two groups, P<0.01 with statistical significance. Conclusion:Nursing combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine heating and sticking therapy has an exact effect on knee osteoarthritis.
