目的：调查我院抗菌药物的使用情况，分析本院抗菌药物使用合理性。方法：随机抽取本院2013年6月—2014年6月1250份病例进行抗菌药物使用情况统计，并根据卫生部《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》分析调查结果。结果：本院抗菌药物使用频率最高的依次为头孢菌素类、林可霉素类、喹诺酮类、青霉素类、氨基糖苷类、大环内酯类、磺胺类；各科室抗菌药物联合使用情况十分普遍，三线药物头孢甲肟针和头孢孟多酯针使用频率在前5名内。结论：本院抗菌药物使用情况基本合理，但是还存在联合用药使用频率过高、三线药物使用不够慎重等问题。
목적：조사아원항균약물적사용정황，분석본원항균약물사용합이성。방법：수궤추취본원2013년6월—2014년6월1250빈병례진행항균약물사용정황통계，병근거위생부《항균약물림상응용지도원칙》분석조사결과。결과：본원항균약물사용빈솔최고적의차위두포균소류、림가매소류、규낙동류、청매소류、안기당감류、대배내지류、광알류；각과실항균약물연합사용정황십분보편，삼선약물두포갑우침화두포맹다지침사용빈솔재전5명내。결론：본원항균약물사용정황기본합리，단시환존재연합용약사용빈솔과고、삼선약물사용불구신중등문제。
Objective: To investigate the usage of antibiotics in our hospital and to analyze the rationality of antibiotics usage. Methods:1250 cases treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were randomly selected to explore the antibiotics usage and the results analysis was carried out according to the Clinical Application of Antibiotics Guiding Principles by the Ministry of Health. Results:in our hospital the antibiotics that ranked high use frequency were respectively cephalosporins, clindamycin, quinolone, penicillin, aminoglycoside, large ring lactone class, sulfa? and joint use of antibiotics was commonly seen in some departments, with Three-line drugscephalosporin armour and meng cephalosporin ester oxime injection use frequency ranking the top five. Conclusion: Antibiotics usage in our hospital was basically reasonable but such problems as too frequent joint usage and Three-line drugs used without careful consideration still exist.
