随着分子免疫学与遗传学理论和研究方法的进步，支气管哮喘发病机制研究与临床治疗有了进一步进展。笔者对近十年有关文献进行综述，希望从中西医理论和方法体系阐释支气管哮喘发病机制和治疗的研究进展，以为其研究提供相关的文献资料。

With the development of molecular immunology and genetics,the research on the pathogenesis and treatment of bronchial asthma had been further developed.In this paper, the author reviewed the literature in recent ten years and tried to explain pathogenesis and treatment of bronchial asthma from the research progress of traditional Chinese and Western medicine theory and method system, to provide the relevant documents to the research.
