目的：观察益气清肺汤对老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法：将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，两组均采用相同化疗方案治疗，21d为1个周期，2个周期评价疗效。治疗组在化疗前2d加用益气清肺汤治疗。21d为1个疗程，2个疗程评价疗效。观察两组治疗后中医临床证候变化、免疫功能及不良反应变化。结果：两组中医临床证候变化比较，治疗组与对照组总改善率分别为83.3%和60.0%（P＜0.05）；两组治疗前后免疫功能比较，2个周期化疗后，对照组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平明显下降（P＜0.05）；而治疗组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平较化化疗前有所增加（P＜0.05）。两组组间比较，化疗后治疗组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平较对照组高（P＜0.05）。两组不良反应比较，治疗组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：益气清肺汤联合化疗治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌具有改善中医临床证候、免疫功能、减轻不良反应，提高生活质量，延长生存期。
목적：관찰익기청폐탕대노년만기비소세포폐암환자면역공능적영향。방법：장60례환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각30례，량조균채용상동화료방안치료，21d위1개주기，2개주기평개료효。치료조재화료전2d가용익기청폐탕치료。21d위1개료정，2개료정평개료효。관찰량조치료후중의림상증후변화、면역공능급불량반응변화。결과：량조중의림상증후변화비교，치료조여대조조총개선솔분별위83.3%화60.0%（P＜0.05）；량조치료전후면역공능비교，2개주기화료후，대조조CD4+、CD4+/CD8+수평명현하강（P＜0.05）；이치료조CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+수평교화화료전유소증가（P＜0.05）。량조조간비교，화료후치료조CD4+、CD4+/CD8+수평교대조조고（P＜0.05）。량조불량반응비교，치료조저우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：익기청폐탕연합화료치료노년만기비소세포폐암구유개선중의림상증후、면역공능、감경불량반응，제고생활질량，연장생존기。
Objective: To observe the impacts of Yiqi Qingfei Decoction on immune function of elderly terminal patients of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into Treatment Group(30 cases) and Control Group(30 cases). The two groups were adopted the same program of chemotherapy, with 21 days one period and 2 periods were required to evaluate effects. For the treatment group, Yiqi Qingfei Decoction was taken 2 days before chemotherapy, with 21 days one period and 2 periods were required to evaluate effects. The changes of symptoms in Chinese medicine, immune function and adverse reactions of patients of both groups were observed. Results: The improvement rate of symptoms in Chinese medicine of both groups were 83.3%and 60.0%respectively (P<0.05) The immune function was compared before and after treatment in two groups. After two periods of chemotherapy,CD4+and CD4+/CD8 levels decreased apparently in the control group (P<0.05), while the levels of CD3+、CD4+and CD4+/CD8 all increased compared with those before treatment in the treatment group(P<0.05). For the comparison between the two groups after the treatment, the levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8 in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In comparison of adverse reactions between two groups, those of the treatment group was lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Yiqi Qingfei Decoction combined with chemotherapy can relieve clinical symptoms, improve immune function, reduce adverse reactions, enhance life quality and prolong life span of the patients with NSCLC at the late stage.
