目的：探讨耻骨上气囊导尿管的固定方法对前列腺电切术后患者并发症的影响。方法选择行前列腺电切术的699例患者为研究对象，将2012年1月—2013年6月术后使用耻骨上尿管牵拉固定的367例患者作为观察组，2010年7月—2011年12月使用大腿根部固定法的332例患者作为对照组，比较两组患者不同牵拉固定方法后并发症发生率和患者舒适度。结果观察组患者尿中红细胞平均每高倍视野为（45．6±10．4）个，对照组为（52．0±13．1）个，差异有统计学意义（t＝11．104，P＜0．05）；观察组患者尿管膀胱痉挛、尿管堵塞、下肢静脉血栓发生率分别为9．8％，6．8％，0．0％，对照组分别为28％，10．8％，1．2％，差异均有统计学意义（χ2值分别为27．041，29．234，4．457；P ＜0．05）。结论耻骨上气囊尿管固定方法可减少前列腺电切术后患者出血、膀胱痉挛、堵管等并发症，增加患者舒适度。
목적：탐토치골상기낭도뇨관적고정방법대전렬선전절술후환자병발증적영향。방법선택행전렬선전절술적699례환자위연구대상，장2012년1월—2013년6월술후사용치골상뇨관견랍고정적367례환자작위관찰조，2010년7월—2011년12월사용대퇴근부고정법적332례환자작위대조조，비교량조환자불동견랍고정방법후병발증발생솔화환자서괄도。결과관찰조환자뇨중홍세포평균매고배시야위（45．6±10．4）개，대조조위（52．0±13．1）개，차이유통계학의의（t＝11．104，P＜0．05）；관찰조환자뇨관방광경련、뇨관도새、하지정맥혈전발생솔분별위9．8％，6．8％，0．0％，대조조분별위28％，10．8％，1．2％，차이균유통계학의의（χ2치분별위27．041，29．234，4．457；P ＜0．05）。결론치골상기낭뇨관고정방법가감소전렬선전절술후환자출혈、방광경련、도관등병발증，증가환자서괄도。
Objective To explore the effect of traction fixation method of pubic balloon ureter on postoperative complication of transurethral resection of the prostate .Methods Selected 367 patients with traction fixation method of pubic balloon ureter from January 2012 to June 2013 as observation group , and 332 patients from July 2010 to December 2011 as control group with thighs fixed method of balloon catheter .Then, the complication of postoperative complication and patients comfort level were observed and compared between two groups . Results The red blood cells in the urine per high power field in observation group was (45.6 ±10.4), and that in control group was (52.0 ±13.1), and the difference was statistically significant ( t =11.104,P <0.05).The incidence of cystospasm , ureter blocking, thrombus of lower extremity veins in observation group (9.8%,6.8%,0.0%) was lower than the control group (28%,10.8%,1.2%), the differences were statistically significant(χ2 =27.041,29.234,4.457, repectively;P<0.05).Conclusions Application of traction fixation method of pubic balloon ureter in transurethral resection of the prostate can reduce the postoperative complications such as blooding , cystospasm, ureter blocking and so on, which also can improve the comfort level of patients.
