目的：探讨客观结构化临床考试（ OSCE）在低年资护士规范化培养中的应用。方法设计OSCE考核系统，应用于低年资护士规范化培养，并对考核结果进行分析。结果低年资护士考核综合成绩平均分为（83．60±6．55）分，基本操作技能、心肺复苏分别为（22．35±1．49），（22．03±1．25）分。低年资护士对OSCE设计及考核效果认可度较高。结论 OSCE可以有效应用到低年资护士的规范化培训考核中，可以较好地反映以及提高低年资护士临床综合能力。

목적：탐토객관결구화림상고시（ OSCE）재저년자호사규범화배양중적응용。방법설계OSCE고핵계통，응용우저년자호사규범화배양，병대고핵결과진행분석。결과저년자호사고핵종합성적평균분위（83．60±6．55）분，기본조작기능、심폐복소분별위（22．35±1．49），（22．03±1．25）분。저년자호사대OSCE설계급고핵효과인가도교고。결론 OSCE가이유효응용도저년자호사적규범화배훈고핵중，가이교호지반영이급제고저년자호사림상종합능력。
Objective To explore the application of Objective Structured Clinical Examination ( OSCE) in the standardized junior nurse training .Methods Designed an OSCE examination system , applied in the training of standardized junior nurse .Then, the outcome of the examination was observed .Results The junior nurses showed good performances on the whole training with the total scores of (83.60 ±6.55), practice score of (22.35 ±1.49) and CPR score of (22.03 ±1.25).And the OSCE was highly approved among the junior nurses.Conclusions The OSCE can be implemented in the assessment of the standardized junior nurse training effectively.It can represent and improve the comprehensive clinical abilities of junior nurses effectively .
