目的：观察自拟胆囊术后方结合西医治疗气滞血瘀型胆囊切除术后综合征的临床疗效。方法：将收治的72例气滞血瘀型胆囊切除术后病人随机分为观察组和对照组，每组36例。观察组36例气滞血瘀型胆囊切除术后综合征患者在西医一般治疗（对照组治疗方法）基础上结合本院自拟胆囊术后方进行治疗，并与对照组36例进行比较。结果：观察组术后治愈率及平均住院日明显优于对照组（P<0.05），在治疗总有效率方面，二者无统计学差异（P>0.05）。结论：本院自拟胆囊术后方治疗气滞血瘀型胆囊切除术后综合征疗效显著，中西医结合治疗胆囊切除术后综合征疗效明显优于西医常规治疗。
목적：관찰자의담낭술후방결합서의치료기체혈어형담낭절제술후종합정적림상료효。방법：장수치적72례기체혈어형담낭절제술후병인수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조36례。관찰조36례기체혈어형담낭절제술후종합정환자재서의일반치료（대조조치료방법）기출상결합본원자의담낭술후방진행치료，병여대조조36례진행비교。결과：관찰조술후치유솔급평균주원일명현우우대조조（P<0.05），재치료총유효솔방면，이자무통계학차이（P>0.05）。결론：본원자의담낭술후방치료기체혈어형담낭절제술후종합정료효현저，중서의결합치료담낭절제술후종합정료효명현우우서의상규치료。
Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of self-made post-cholecystectomy prescription combined with western medicine on post-cholecystectomy syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis. Methods: 72 patients of post-cholecystectomy syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 36 cases. The observation group was treated with the self-made prescription combined with the general treatment of Western medicine and compared with the control group. Results:The total curative rate and average hospitalization of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);for the total efficiency of treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion: The self-made post-cholecystectomy prescription treating post-cholecystectomy syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis proves favorable effects that is obviously better than that of conventional treatment of western medicine.
