目的：测定冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者的免疫功能及血浆 N端脑钠肽前体(NT proBNP)水平，评价冠心病慢性心力衰竭的免疫激活状态。方法收集2013年8月—2014年2月，中国中医科学院广安门医院心内科的住院患者125例，其中慢性心力衰竭患者93例，非心力衰竭患者32例。采用化学发光免疫方法测定血浆 NT proBNP水平，流式细胞技术测定外周血 CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg细胞比例。结果冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者血浆 NT proBNP高于冠心病非心衰组，而外周血 CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg细胞比例低于非心力衰竭组。结论冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者存在免疫激活状态，且血浆 NT proBNP水平随 NYHA心功能分级增加而升高。
목적：측정관심병만성심력쇠갈환자적면역공능급혈장 N단뇌납태전체(NT proBNP)수평，평개관심병만성심력쇠갈적면역격활상태。방법수집2013년8월—2014년2월，중국중의과학원엄안문의원심내과적주원환자125례，기중만성심력쇠갈환자93례，비심력쇠갈환자32례。채용화학발광면역방법측정혈장 NT proBNP수평，류식세포기술측정외주혈 CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg세포비례。결과관심병만성심력쇠갈환자혈장 NT proBNP고우관심병비심쇠조，이외주혈 CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg세포비례저우비심력쇠갈조。결론관심병만성심력쇠갈환자존재면역격활상태，차혈장 NT proBNP수평수 NYHA심공능분급증가이승고。
Objective To observe the immune function and plasma N terminal pro B type natriuretic peptide (NT proBNP)lev-els,and to evaluate the state of immune activation in in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods From August 2013 to February 2014 in department of cardiology of Guang’anmen hospital of traditional Chinese academy, a total of 125 in patients,of whom 93 patients with CHF,32 patients with non heart failure were chosen.The level of plasma NT proB-NP was determined by chemiluminescence immunoassay method.The peripheral blood CD4+ CD25+Foxp3+Treg cel ratio was meas-ured by flow cytometry.Results The levels of plasma NT proBNP in patients with CHF were higher than that in patients with non heart failure.The peripheral blood CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg cel s in patients with CHF was lower than that in patients with non heart failure.Conclusion There is the presence of immune activation state in patients with CHF and the levels of plasma NT proBNP increase with increasing New York Heart Association (NYHA)functional class.
