随着数字技术与网络技术的发展，手机、Pad、电脑等各种智能化视频终端不断涌现，手机电视、网络电视、IPTV、移动多媒体电视等各种视听新媒体层出不穷，这些视听新媒体具有互动、点播、延缓、搜索的特点，改变了电视的消费方式和传播模式。在视听新媒体时代，有线电视在业务、终端、网络等方面面临机遇与挑战，需要多屏互动、多网链接，从专网向公网、从一屏服务向多屏服务转变，构建视听新媒体时代的融合产业链。
