目的:研究对比甘精胰岛素联合拜糖平及瑞格列奈联合拜糖平两种治疗方案对老年2型糖尿病患者体内氧化应激的影响。方法将120例老年2型糖尿病患者随机分成两组:甘精胰岛素联合拜糖平组(A组)、瑞格列奈联合拜糖平组(B组),每组60例,均接受6周的降糖治疗,选取20例体检健康者作为对照组。检测患者的一般情况以及治疗前后的血糖、一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、8-异前列腺素(8-iso-PGF2a)、丙二醛(MDA)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)等指标。结果老年糖尿病患者治疗前FPG、2 h PG、血清8-iso-PGF2a、MDA、Hcy较对照组高,NO、SOD较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组患者血清8-iso-PGF2a、MDA、Hcy较B组下降幅度大,血清NO、SOD较B组升高幅度大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素联合拜糖平治疗在改善糖尿病患者体内氧化应激状态上较瑞格列奈联合拜糖平治疗更为显著。

목적:연구대비감정이도소연합배당평급서격렬내연합배당평량충치료방안대노년2형당뇨병환자체내양화응격적영향。방법장120례노년2형당뇨병환자수궤분성량조:감정이도소연합배당평조(A조)、서격렬내연합배당평조(B조),매조60례,균접수6주적강당치료,선취20례체검건강자작위대조조。검측환자적일반정황이급치료전후적혈당、일양화담(NO)、초양화물기화매(SOD)、8-이전렬선소(8-iso-PGF2a)、병이철(MDA)、동형반광안산(Hcy)등지표。결과노년당뇨병환자치료전FPG、2 h PG、혈청8-iso-PGF2a、MDA、Hcy교대조조고,NO、SOD교대조조저,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),A조환자혈청8-iso-PGF2a、MDA、Hcy교B조하강폭도대,혈청NO、SOD교B조승고폭도대,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론감정이도소연합배당평치료재개선당뇨병환자체내양화응격상태상교서격렬내연합배당평치료경위현저。
Objective To study and compare the effects of glargine combined with acarbose and Repaglinide combined with acarbose for oxidative stress in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into 2 groups: glargine combined with acarbose group (group A), Repaglinide combined with acarbose group (group B), each group of 60 patients, they were all treated for 6 weeks of antidiabetic therapy. 20 cases of medical healthy subjects were selected as control group. The general situa-tion and blood glucose, nitric oxide (NO), superoxide dismutase (SOD), 8-isoprostane (8-iso-PGF2a), malondialdehyde (MDA), homocysteine (Hcy), and so on before and after treatment were detected. Results The FPG, 2 h PG, serum MDA, 8-iso-PGF2a, Hcy of elderly patients with diabetes were increased before treatment compared with the control group, while NO, SOD was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05), while 8-iso-PGF2a, MDA, Hcy of group A had a bigger decline rate than group B, NO, SOD increased more compared with group B, the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion Glargine combined with acarbose is more apparent in improving oxidative stress of diabetes patients than Repaglinide combined with acarbose.
