目的：讨论泌尿系疾病使用经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗的护理方法及体会。方法对我科2012年4月~12月住院患者行单孔腹腔镜手术治疗20例进行完善的术前准备、术后密切观察生命体征，实施各项护理措施预防并发症的发生。结果20例患者均顺利手术，手术后未发生并发症。结论单孔腹腔镜手术治疗泌尿系疾病在临床迅速发展，对手术患者实施针对性的护理，预防并发症，有助于加快康复，提高患者生活质量。

목적：토론비뇨계질병사용경제단공복강경수술치료적호리방법급체회。방법대아과2012년4월~12월주원환자행단공복강경수술치료20례진행완선적술전준비、술후밀절관찰생명체정，실시각항호리조시예방병발증적발생。결과20례환자균순리수술，수술후미발생병발증。결론단공복강경수술치료비뇨계질병재림상신속발전，대수술환자실시침대성적호리，예방병발증，유조우가쾌강복，제고환자생활질량。
Objective To discuss the nursing methods of urinary diseases by using single-port laparoscopic operation treatment and experience. Methods The subjects in 2012 April to 2012 December were perfect preoperative preparation, postoperative close observation of vital signs of 20 cases of hospitalized patients underwent single-port laparoscopic operation, implement the nursing measures to prevent complications. Results 20 patients were successful y operation, complications after operation without. Conclusion The single hole laparoscopic operation for the treatment of urinary diseases in the rapid development of clinical, nursing, prevention of complications in patients with the implementation of operation, help to speed up the rehabilitation, improve the life quality of the patients.
