采用SJ-SM-200A磁饱和测量仪测定了丝锥用M2高速钢在不同热处理状态下的残留奥氏体含量。结果表明,经不同工艺热处理的M2高速钢的饱和磁化强度与残留奥氏体含量之间存在着对应关系。因此,根据饱和磁化强度可以精确测定高速钢中残留奥氏体的含量,准确判断高速钢产品的回火程度。
採用SJ-SM-200A磁飽和測量儀測定瞭絲錐用M2高速鋼在不同熱處理狀態下的殘留奧氏體含量。結果錶明,經不同工藝熱處理的M2高速鋼的飽和磁化彊度與殘留奧氏體含量之間存在著對應關繫。因此,根據飽和磁化彊度可以精確測定高速鋼中殘留奧氏體的含量,準確判斷高速鋼產品的迴火程度。

The retained austenite amounts in M2 high speed steel in different heat treatment conditions were measured by a SJ-SM-200A magnetic saturation measurer.The results show that the saturated intensity of magnetization is corresponding to the residual austenite content for the M2 steel heat-treated by different processes. Consequently,the retained austenite content in high speed steel may be accurately measured according to the saturated intensity of magnetization,and thus forming an exact judgment on tempering degree of high speed steel products.
