目的::研究牛奶和鸡蛋对运动能力的影响,探讨牛奶和鸡蛋对运动疲劳恢复影响的可能机制。方法:将普通成体雄性 ICR小白鼠(18只)随机均分对照组(CG)、额外补充牛奶组(MG),额外补充鸡蛋组(EG);采用10d递增负荷的游泳运动方式使小白鼠力竭。分析牛奶与鸡蛋对小白鼠力竭运动后血糖、血红蛋白(Hb)、血肌酐(CRE)含量影响及体重变化,记录力竭时间、观察行为状态。结果:与实验前比较,各组小鼠实验后血糖、血红蛋白(Hb)浓度下降,血肌酐(CRE)浓度上升;两实验组小鼠体重增加均显著高于CG组;两实验组与CG相比,运动时间显著延长。结论:小鼠运动疲劳后,机体出现各种疲劳指标的变化,额外补充牛奶和鸡蛋可以减少这些疲劳指标的改变。可能是通过增加糖储备来提高运动能力,保证机体在长时间运动时的能量来源;减缓运动过程中对蛋白质的过度利用;增加体内磷酸肌酸的贮备,提高磷酸肌酸的代谢能力等方面缓解运动疲劳的,尚待进一步研究。

목적::연구우내화계단대운동능력적영향,탐토우내화계단대운동피로회복영향적가능궤제。방법:장보통성체웅성 ICR소백서(18지)수궤균분대조조(CG)、액외보충우내조(MG),액외보충계단조(EG);채용10d체증부하적유영운동방식사소백서력갈。분석우내여계단대소백서력갈운동후혈당、혈홍단백(Hb)、혈기항(CRE)함량영향급체중변화,기록력갈시간、관찰행위상태。결과:여실험전비교,각조소서실험후혈당、혈홍단백(Hb)농도하강,혈기항(CRE)농도상승;량실험조소서체중증가균현저고우CG조;량실험조여CG상비,운동시간현저연장。결론:소서운동피로후,궤체출현각충피로지표적변화,액외보충우내화계단가이감소저사피로지표적개변。가능시통과증가당저비래제고운동능력,보증궤체재장시간운동시적능량래원;감완운동과정중대단백질적과도이용;증가체내린산기산적저비,제고린산기산적대사능력등방면완해운동피로적,상대진일보연구。
The aim of the study is to understand the effect of milk and eggs on exhaustion exercise mice. The ordinary adult ICR mice (18)were random divided into 3 groups.The control group is feed normal food(CG),one experimental group named MG is feed additionally 1 ml milk and the other experimental group named EG is feed additionally 1 g milk.Through the extra supplement of milk and eggs,the swing-ing time,the weight,hemoglobin (Hb),serum creatinine were observed.Results:The blood glucose, hemoglobin (Hb)concentration of the experiment group drop compared with the previous experiments and the serum creatinine (CRE)concentration rises.The body weight of the mice in two experimental groups was significantly increased higher than the CG group;the exercise time in the two experimental groups significantly prolonged compared with the CG.Conclusion:Milk and eggs supplementation can reduce in-dicators which changed by the exercise fatigue of mice.The reason may be to improve exercise capacity by increasing the sugar reserves to ensure the body during prolonged exercise energy sources and to slow down the use of protein during exercise excessive and increase the body's reserve of creatine phosphate to alleviate sports fatigue.
