目的:研究可口可乐碳酸饮料对离体牙釉质显微硬度的即刻影响。方法收集正畸减数前磨牙20颗,制备釉质样本20颗,随机分为碳酸饮料组和去离子水组,每组10颗牙。碳酸饮料组用可口可乐碳酸饮料浸泡离体牙;去离子水组用去离子水浸泡离体牙,分别在0、1、2、3、4、5、10、20、30min时间点测量牙釉质显微硬度。计算各时间点的显微硬度下降百分比,采用配对t检验进行统计分析。结果碳酸饮料浸泡5min,离体牙釉质显微硬度下降40.09%,与去离子水组相比差异有统计学意义( P<0.01)。结论碳酸饮料可对离体牙釉质产生显著的即刻酸蚀作用。

목적:연구가구가악탄산음료대리체아유질현미경도적즉각영향。방법수집정기감수전마아20과,제비유질양본20과,수궤분위탄산음료조화거리자수조,매조10과아。탄산음료조용가구가악탄산음료침포리체아;거리자수조용거리자수침포리체아,분별재0、1、2、3、4、5、10、20、30min시간점측량아유질현미경도。계산각시간점적현미경도하강백분비,채용배대t검험진행통계분석。결과탄산음료침포5min,리체아유질현미경도하강40.09%,여거리자수조상비차이유통계학의의( P<0.01)。결론탄산음료가대리체아유질산생현저적즉각산식작용。
Objective To investigate the immediate erosive effect of Coca-Cola carbonated drink on dental enamel in vitro. Methods Twenty enamel samples were prepared from twenty freshly extracted human premolar teeth for orthodontic purpose. The teeth were randomly divided into two groups of 10. One group was immersed in Coca-Cola carbonated drink. The other group was immersed in water as the placeco group. The microhardness of the enamel samples was measured at 0min, 1 min, 2 min, 3 min, 4 min, 5min, 10 min, 20 min, 30 min. The results were statistically analyzed. Results The microhardness of carbonated drink group was decreased by 40. 09% at 5 min. The difference between the two groups was significant ( P <0. 01 ) . Conclusion Carbonated drink had significant immediate erosive effect on dental enamel in vitro.
