目的：探讨手术转运护士在手术患者安全转运过程中的科学管理方法及作用。方法选择2012年9月—2013年2月在医院手术室进行外科手术的9872例患者为对照组，2013年3月—2013年9月实施转运护士期间手术患者12356例为试验组，比较两组患者对手术护理服务满意度、转运过程中不良事件发生率、手术医师对护理服务满意度。结果增加转运护士后患者满意度、手术医师的满意度均上升，运送患者护理不良事件发生率下降，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。结论设置转运护士岗位一方面能够为手术患者提供及时有效的优质服务，另一方面在手术室优质护理服务中能够优化工作流程，保障手术患者的转运安全，提升护理质量，提高患者的满意率。
목적：탐토수술전운호사재수술환자안전전운과정중적과학관리방법급작용。방법선택2012년9월—2013년2월재의원수술실진행외과수술적9872례환자위대조조，2013년3월—2013년9월실시전운호사기간수술환자12356례위시험조，비교량조환자대수술호리복무만의도、전운과정중불량사건발생솔、수술의사대호리복무만의도。결과증가전운호사후환자만의도、수술의사적만의도균상승，운송환자호리불량사건발생솔하강，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．01）。결론설치전운호사강위일방면능구위수술환자제공급시유효적우질복무，령일방면재수술실우질호리복무중능구우화공작류정，보장수술환자적전운안전，제승호리질량，제고환자적만의솔。
Objective The role of the nurse in the surgical patient transport process and the scientific man -agement methods were explored .Methods 9872 surgery patients in Sep .2012 to Feb.2013 in our hospital were chose as the control group , and 12 356 surgery patients served by the transshipment nurses during in the operation in Mar.2013 to Sep.2013 were set as the experimental group .The indices of patient satisfaction of nursing service , the incidence of adverse events during the transfer process , surgery doctors satisfaction of nursing service were compared between two groups .Results With the delivery nurses , the of patient satisfaction and the surgeons satisfaction were raised, the incidence of adverse events was declined , and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Setting transport nursing positions , on the one hand , enables to provide timely and effective service to patients, on the other hand , can optimize nursing service workflow in the operating room , and ensure the safety of in patients transport , and improve the quality of nursing and the patient satisfaction .
