目的:通过尝试建立医师职业生涯规划长效管理机制,走出驻军医院培养人才的新路,达到为我所用、人尽其才的目的。方法设计规划方案,包括建立规划管理组织、建立医师评价系统、设计职业规划方案、职业规划实施步骤四个环节。结果划分出职业生涯规划时限、制作《医师职业生涯规划实施手册》、《医师职业生涯规划专业资料》、《医院重点学科和核心技术五至十年发展实施方案》。结论将医师个人职业规划与医院发展规划相结合,建立长效管理机制,对驻军医院人才建设具有现实意义。
目的:通過嘗試建立醫師職業生涯規劃長效管理機製,走齣駐軍醫院培養人纔的新路,達到為我所用、人儘其纔的目的。方法設計規劃方案,包括建立規劃管理組織、建立醫師評價繫統、設計職業規劃方案、職業規劃實施步驟四箇環節。結果劃分齣職業生涯規劃時限、製作《醫師職業生涯規劃實施手冊》、《醫師職業生涯規劃專業資料》、《醫院重點學科和覈心技術五至十年髮展實施方案》。結論將醫師箇人職業規劃與醫院髮展規劃相結閤,建立長效管理機製,對駐軍醫院人纔建設具有現實意義。
목적:통과상시건립의사직업생애규화장효관리궤제,주출주군의원배양인재적신로,체도위아소용、인진기재적목적。방법설계규화방안,포괄건립규화관리조직、건립의사평개계통、설계직업규화방안、직업규화실시보취사개배절。결과화분출직업생애규화시한、제작《의사직업생애규화실시수책》、《의사직업생애규화전업자료》、《의원중점학과화핵심기술오지십년발전실시방안》。결론장의사개인직업규화여의원발전규화상결합,건립장효관리궤제,대주군의원인재건설구유현실의의。
Objective The long-term management mechanism of career planning for doctors were estab-lished to explore the talent cultivation method in garrison hospitals , so as to make full use of the talent resource . Methods A plan was designed , which included setting up management organization , establishing evaluating sys-tem for doctors, designing career planning , and carrying out career planning .Results The time limit for career planning was marked , the manuals were produced , which included implementation manual and professional materi-als of career planning for doctors , and a ten-year development and implementation plan for the key departments and core technology .Conclusion It is good method to establish long -term management mechanism by combining the career planning for doctors with hospital talent construction .
