目的：探讨科学合理的军队大型综合医院研究型医师的选拔评价体系。方法采用德尔菲法组织两轮专家函询，汇总专家意见，确定指标命名、权重及最低标准说明等。结果建立由个人情况、医疗特色和水平、教学工作、科研工作等4项一级指标、10项二级指标和20项三级指标构成的军队大型综合医院研究型医师的选拔评价体系。结论军队大型综合医院研究型医师的选拔和评价体系，是选拔和评价研究型医师及推进医院人才队伍建设的基础和保证。
目的：探討科學閤理的軍隊大型綜閤醫院研究型醫師的選拔評價體繫。方法採用德爾菲法組織兩輪專傢函詢，彙總專傢意見，確定指標命名、權重及最低標準說明等。結果建立由箇人情況、醫療特色和水平、教學工作、科研工作等4項一級指標、10項二級指標和20項三級指標構成的軍隊大型綜閤醫院研究型醫師的選拔評價體繫。結論軍隊大型綜閤醫院研究型醫師的選拔和評價體繫，是選拔和評價研究型醫師及推進醫院人纔隊伍建設的基礎和保證。
목적：탐토과학합리적군대대형종합의원연구형의사적선발평개체계。방법채용덕이비법조직량륜전가함순，회총전가의견，학정지표명명、권중급최저표준설명등。결과건립유개인정황、의료특색화수평、교학공작、과연공작등4항일급지표、10항이급지표화20항삼급지표구성적군대대형종합의원연구형의사적선발평개체계。결론군대대형종합의원연구형의사적선발화평개체계，시선발화평개연구형의사급추진의원인재대오건설적기출화보증。
Objective To establish a scientific and reasonable selection and evaluation system of research-oriented clinician in the military general hospitals .Methods Delphi method was taken to organize two rounds of specialist consultations , specialists'opinions were summarized , index name and weight were identified , minimum requirements were explained .Then the primary system of credentials was established .Results The selection and evaluation system of research -oriented clinician in the military general hospitals was established , which included four first-level indicators:personal basic condition , medical service ability , teaching ability , scientific research;10 second-level indicators and 20 third-level indicators .Conclusion The establishment of selection and evalu-ation system of research-oriented clinician in the military general hospitals is the foundation and guarantee of both selecting and evaluating research -oriented clinician and promoting the construction of hospital talents .
