目的：探讨品管圈活动对缩短疗养员入院手续办理时间的效果，旨在提高疗养服务质量。方法由医师、护士组成品管圈活动小组，对2013年6月1—3日来院疗养员的入院手续办理时间进行现场调查，并对影响办理时间的因素进行分析，制定加强圈内学习交流、优化服务流程、更新医疗仪器、建立绿色通道、合理配置人力资源等改进措施。结果经过品管圈活动，疗养员入院手续办理的平均时间由原来的11．5 min，缩短至5．3 min。结论品管圈活动有效的缩短疗养员入院手续办理时间，提高疗养员的满意度，并有助于医护人员实现自我价值。

Objective The aim was to discuss the functions of applying quality control circle to shorten the check in time of the patients to the sanatorium .Methods Quality control circle activity team was formed by some doctors and nurses.Then the check in time-length of patients was recorded in Jun .1 to Jun.3, 2013.The relative factors were analyzed .The measures were made out to shorten the check in time as training , optimizing the process , renewing the equipments , reallocating human resources , setting up green pass way .Results The everage check in time of the patient was shorten from 11.5 minites to 5.3 mimites.Conclusion The quality control circle activity was helpful to shorten the check in time and improve the satisfaction of the patient .
