采用宏观检验、化学成分分析、金相分析、SEM和EDS等手段分析了65 Mn扁钢在剪切时开裂的原因。结果表明,65 Mn扁钢在剪切过程中发生开裂主要是由于钢中硫含量偏高,形成大量的硫化物,由于与钢的塑性系数不同,在剪切时扩展成裂纹。
採用宏觀檢驗、化學成分分析、金相分析、SEM和EDS等手段分析瞭65 Mn扁鋼在剪切時開裂的原因。結果錶明,65 Mn扁鋼在剪切過程中髮生開裂主要是由于鋼中硫含量偏高,形成大量的硫化物,由于與鋼的塑性繫數不同,在剪切時擴展成裂紋。

The cause of cracking of 65 Mn steel flat during shearing was investigated by using macroexamination, chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,SEM and EDS.The results show that the 65 Mn steel flat cracking during shearing is mainly attributed to a large amount of sulfide present in the flat,resulting from the sulphur content on the high side in the flat,is expanded into crack during the shearing due to its plasticity coefficient different from the steel.
