大型齿圈渗碳后淬火时会发生较大的畸变。通过合理的设计和机加工与热处理工艺的配合,采用正确的矫正方法及硝盐淬火,可以将渗碳、淬火的大型齿圈的椭圆畸变量控制在2 mm以内,翘曲量及锥度畸变量控制在1 mm以内,且提高了齿圈的承载能力和使用寿命。
大型齒圈滲碳後淬火時會髮生較大的畸變。通過閤理的設計和機加工與熱處理工藝的配閤,採用正確的矯正方法及硝鹽淬火,可以將滲碳、淬火的大型齒圈的橢圓畸變量控製在2 mm以內,翹麯量及錐度畸變量控製在1 mm以內,且提高瞭齒圈的承載能力和使用壽命。

Relatively large distortion of carburized large-sized gear ring will occur during the quenching.For the large-sized gear ring carburized and hardened the out-of roundness may be controlled within 2 mm,and the warping amount and the taper distortion amount may be controlled within 1 mm by the reasonable design and coordination of machining process with heat treatment process,and the adoption of proper leveling method and quenching in a nitrate bath,with bearing capacity and service life of the gear ring being elevated.
