对GMH20、PH25、DIEVAR和H13热作模具钢进行了力学性能和热稳定性试验。结果表明,经过相同工艺真空热处理处理后,GMH20钢、PH25钢和DIEVAR钢的塑性明显优于 H13钢,硬度也比H13钢高;综合来看,GMH20和DIEVAR钢的力学性能最佳。此外,随着在610℃保温时间的延长,这4种钢的硬度越来越接近,约为35 HRC。

Several hot work die steels,including GMH20,PH25,DIEVAR and H13 steels,were subjected to mechanical property and thermal stability tests.The results show that after being vacuum heat treated by the same process the GMH20,PH25,DIEVAR steels offer much better plasticity and higher hardness relative to H13 steel, and that,to sum up,the mechanical properties of GMH20 and DIEVAR steels are optimum.In addition,as the holding time at 610 ℃ becomes longer the hardness of such steels nears progressively to about 35 HRC.
