采用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机对TA15钛合金进行等温压缩试验。根据试验获得的σ-ε曲线确定合金的再结晶体积分数,并对σ-ε曲线进行加工硬化处理确定再结晶临界应变,研究热变形条件对该合金再结晶临界应变和再结晶体积分数的影响。结果表明,动态再结晶临界应变随着变形温度的升高而减小,随着应变速率的增大而增大;动态再结晶体积分数随着变形温度的升高而增大,随着应变速率的增大而减小。TA 15钛合金具有变形温度敏感性和应变速率敏感性,合理选择合金的变形温度和应变速率,可以控制合金性能及细化晶粒。
採用Gleeble-3500熱模擬試驗機對TA15鈦閤金進行等溫壓縮試驗。根據試驗穫得的σ-ε麯線確定閤金的再結晶體積分數,併對σ-ε麯線進行加工硬化處理確定再結晶臨界應變,研究熱變形條件對該閤金再結晶臨界應變和再結晶體積分數的影響。結果錶明,動態再結晶臨界應變隨著變形溫度的升高而減小,隨著應變速率的增大而增大;動態再結晶體積分數隨著變形溫度的升高而增大,隨著應變速率的增大而減小。TA 15鈦閤金具有變形溫度敏感性和應變速率敏感性,閤理選擇閤金的變形溫度和應變速率,可以控製閤金性能及細化晶粒。

Isothermal compression test of TA15 titanium alloy was carried out by using Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation test machine.The recrystallization volume fraction of the alloy was determined by the resulting σ-εcurve,and then the σ-εcurve was subjected to work hardening to determine the recrystallization critical strain, which aimed at investigating the effect of hot deformation parameters on the recrystallization critical strain and recrystallization volume fraction of the alloy.The results show that the dynamic recrystallization critical strain decreases with the increase of deformation temperature,but increases with the increase of strain rate,and that the dynamic recrystallization volume fraction increases with the increase of deformation temperature,but decreases with the increase of strain rate.The TA15 alloy is susceptible to both the deformation temperature and the strain rate. Property of the alloy is able to be controlled,and its grain is able to be fined so long as the deformation temperature and the strain rate are reasonably selected.
