为了改善某型燃气轮机机匣等中温部件的抗氧化、抗腐蚀性能,提高燃气轮机机匣等中温部件的寿命,采用适用于温度在600℃左右的国产TW-7无机磷酸盐涂层涂覆于机匣等零部件表面,研究该种涂层的硬度、结合力及对基体力学性能的影响。结果表明:国产TW-7无机磷酸盐涂层硬度与基体比较接近,涂层的结合力良好,达到23MPa左右,划格法结合力符合1级,且此种涂层喷涂后对基体的力学性能没有产生影响。
為瞭改善某型燃氣輪機機匣等中溫部件的抗氧化、抗腐蝕性能,提高燃氣輪機機匣等中溫部件的壽命,採用適用于溫度在600℃左右的國產TW-7無機燐痠鹽塗層塗覆于機匣等零部件錶麵,研究該種塗層的硬度、結閤力及對基體力學性能的影響。結果錶明:國產TW-7無機燐痠鹽塗層硬度與基體比較接近,塗層的結閤力良好,達到23MPa左右,劃格法結閤力符閤1級,且此種塗層噴塗後對基體的力學性能沒有產生影響。
위료개선모형연기륜궤궤갑등중온부건적항양화、항부식성능,제고연기륜궤궤갑등중온부건적수명,채용괄용우온도재600℃좌우적국산TW-7무궤린산염도층도복우궤갑등령부건표면,연구해충도층적경도、결합력급대기체역학성능적영향。결과표명:국산TW-7무궤린산염도층경도여기체비교접근,도층적결합력량호,체도23MPa좌우,화격법결합력부합1급,차차충도층분도후대기체적역학성능몰유산생영향。
In order to improve the oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of the medium temperature parts in a gas turbine machine such as casing, prolong the service life of medium temperature parts, domestic TW-7 inorganic phosphate coating( applicable to parts of working temperature about 600℃) was coated on the surface of medium temperature parts to research the hardness, adhesion and impact on the mechanical properties of the substrate.Results showed that: domestic TW-7 inorganic phosphate coating hardness closed to the substrate, the adhesion strength of the coating was good, has reached around 23MPa, cross cut test showed coating adhesion can be measured in accordance with level 1.The substrate after coating spraying didn't affect to the mechanical properties of the substrate.
