从技术数据统计上看,国内机组振动故障发生率比较高的是质量不平衡,其次为碰摩,特别是新投产或大修后的机组,碰摩是运行中常见故障。针对汽轮机组碰摩振动发生的机理、特征识别、消除对策等进行了论述与探讨,为故障现场分析和诊断提供参考。

In the view of statistical data, the incidence of the faults caused by rubbing vibration is the second highest in domestic large-scaled turbine units, right after the ones caused by mass unbalance. Especially for the units just commissioned or after overhaul, the rubbing vibration fault is common in operation.This paper discusses the generating mechanism, feature identification and elimination methods of the rubbing vibration in steam turbine units, which provides reference for fault analysis and diagnosis.
