电厂汽轮机组变负荷运行时常采用定压运行和滑压运行两种方式,但这两种运行方式对机组运行的经济性和安全性的影响是完全不同的。借助某电厂600MW汽轮机组运行数据,通过计算和分析,比较了汽轮机组不同负荷下定压运行和滑压运行的汽耗率、热耗率、绝对电效率、调节级温度、高压缸排汽温度等重要指标。研究证明,部分负荷下采用滑压运行方式,既可以提高机组的热经济性、降低机组能耗,又能够保证设备的运行安全性、改善整个机组的调峰性能。
電廠汽輪機組變負荷運行時常採用定壓運行和滑壓運行兩種方式,但這兩種運行方式對機組運行的經濟性和安全性的影響是完全不同的。藉助某電廠600MW汽輪機組運行數據,通過計算和分析,比較瞭汽輪機組不同負荷下定壓運行和滑壓運行的汽耗率、熱耗率、絕對電效率、調節級溫度、高壓缸排汽溫度等重要指標。研究證明,部分負荷下採用滑壓運行方式,既可以提高機組的熱經濟性、降低機組能耗,又能夠保證設備的運行安全性、改善整箇機組的調峰性能。

Steam turbine unit often adopts constant pressure or sliding pressure operation modes under variable load operation,but these two kinds of operation modes are completely different in the influence on economy and Security. According to the 600 MW steam turbine unit's operation data, this paper compared the steam rate, heat rate, absolute electrical efficiency,temperature of governing stage and exhaust temperature of high pressure cylinder of steam turbine unit with constant pressure and sliding pressure operation modes under variable load operation by way of detailed calculation and analysis.The research proves that steam turbine unit adopting sliding pressure operation under partial load not only can improve the thermal economy of unit and reduce the energy consumption, but also can ensure the running safety of equipment and improve the unit's peak-load regulating performance.
