张家口发电厂6号机（300MW）的胶球清洗装置采用自旋转均布投球、旋转自清洁固定二次滤网和收球网、胶球自动计数等新技术进行改造，经试验测试和运行优化后投球率为20％，每分钟平均胶球循环率为100％，5分钟收球率达98％，水阻达到DLT581－95的要求，采用的硅胶胶球寿命可达半年以上，冬季可正常运行。对比试验表明，机组真空平均提高0．65kPa，年平均节煤1．63gce／（kW· h），年节能效益165万元。

Ball Cleaning System of No.6 Unit(300MW) of Zhangjiakou Power Plant, Datang International Company was reconstructed with new technologies, including auto gyrating device distributing balls uniformly, fixed secondary filter net and ball colleting net with a function of rotation and self-cleaning, automatic silica gel ball counter, etc.With experimental test and operating optimization, the ball launching rate is 20%, the average silica gel ball cycling rate per minute is 100%, the ball recycling rate every five minute is 98%, hydraulic resistance meets the requirement of DLT581-95, the life the lifespan of silica gel balls is over half a year.The reconstructed system could operate normally in winter.The contrasting experiment shows that the average vacuum of the Electric Generator 6 increases 0.65kPa in average, coal saving is 1.63gce/(kW· h) per year in average, the energy-saving benefit is RMB 1.65 million.
