为探寻能够显著提高叶片生理指标的合理钙肥浓度,为桃栽培提供参考依据,试验于2014年在商丘职业技术学院桃资源圃和实验室进行。以‘秋甜’桃品种为试验材料,对其叶片喷施不同浓度和次数的氯化钙,并测定叶片叶绿素含量、干鲜重比和MDA含量。结果表明:喷施氯化钙能显著提高叶片的叶绿素含量,显著降低叶片的MDA含量,对叶片干鲜重比无显著影响。
為探尋能夠顯著提高葉片生理指標的閤理鈣肥濃度,為桃栽培提供參攷依據,試驗于2014年在商丘職業技術學院桃資源圃和實驗室進行。以‘鞦甜’桃品種為試驗材料,對其葉片噴施不同濃度和次數的氯化鈣,併測定葉片葉綠素含量、榦鮮重比和MDA含量。結果錶明:噴施氯化鈣能顯著提高葉片的葉綠素含量,顯著降低葉片的MDA含量,對葉片榦鮮重比無顯著影響。

To seek the proper concentration of Ca2+ and provide reference basis for cultivation of peach, this experiment was carried out in Peach Resource Garden and Lab of Shangqiu Polytechnic in 2014. The leaves of peach variety ‘Qiutian’ were sprayed by CaCl2 solution with different concentrations and different times. The chlorophyll content, MDA content and ratio of dry weigh to fresh weigh were determined. The results indicated that CaCl2 can obviously improved chlorophyll content, but it reduced the MDA content obviously. The effect to the ratio of dry weigh to fresh weigh of CaCl2 was insignificant.
