目的：探讨体位干预联合足三里穴位按摩在洗胃护理中的应用效果。方法：选取60例急诊洗胃患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采取左侧平卧位洗胃，观察组采用体位干预联合足三里穴位按摩，对置管首次成功率、患者的配合程度、洗胃并发症发生率、洗胃所用的液量及时间进行对比观察。结果：观察组首次置管成功率明显高于对照组，患者配合程度优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：体位干预联合足三里穴位按摩能提高首次置管成功率及患者对洗胃的依从性，缩短洗胃时间。
목적：탐토체위간예연합족삼리혈위안마재세위호리중적응용효과。방법：선취60례급진세위환자，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，대조조채취좌측평와위세위，관찰조채용체위간예연합족삼리혈위안마，대치관수차성공솔、환자적배합정도、세위병발증발생솔、세위소용적액량급시간진행대비관찰。결과：관찰조수차치관성공솔명현고우대조조，환자배합정도우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：체위간예연합족삼리혈위안마능제고수차치관성공솔급환자대세위적의종성，축단세위시간。
[ABSTRACT]Objective: To investigate the practical effect of position intervention combined with Tsusanli (ST 36) point massage on gastric lavage nursing. Methods:Select 60 emergency patients who will be given gastric lavage, and randomly divide them into two groups, a control group and an observation group.Patients in the control group are given gastric lavage with a left supine position, while patients in the observation group are under position intervention combined with Tsusanli (ST 36) point massage.Observe the two groups respectively and compare the following data of the two groups: the first-time success rate of catheterization, cooperative feedback from patients, as well as liquid volume and time of gastric lavage.Results: The observation group has a significantly higher first-time success rate of catheterization, and the cooperative feedback from patients is much better, with a difference of statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Position intervention combined with Tsusanli (ST 36) point massage can improve the first-time success rate of catheterization and the compliance of patients, shorten the time of gastric lavage.
