目的：探讨注射用鼠神经生长因子（mNGF）在急性脊髓损伤(ASCI)治疗中的有效性和安全性。方法：选取某三级甲等医院2013年11月～2014年6月ASCI住院患者60例，随机分为观察组（mNGF治疗组）30例和对照组（常规治疗组）30例，以28天为一个治疗疗程，比较两组患者一个疗程后治疗效果情况。结果：治疗前两组在年龄、性别、损伤部位、ASIA残损分级、感觉、运动评分及各项实验室检查指标差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗后观察组有效23例，无效7例，总有效率77%，对照组有效12例，无效18例，总有效率40%，χ2=8.297，P＜0.05，两组差异有统计学意义,观察组治疗效果优于对照组。结论：注射用鼠神经生长因子治疗急性脊髓损伤有较好的疗效和安全性。
목적：탐토주사용서신경생장인자（mNGF）재급성척수손상(ASCI)치료중적유효성화안전성。방법：선취모삼급갑등의원2013년11월～2014년6월ASCI주원환자60례，수궤분위관찰조（mNGF치료조）30례화대조조（상규치료조）30례，이28천위일개치료료정，비교량조환자일개료정후치료효과정황。결과：치료전량조재년령、성별、손상부위、ASIA잔손분급、감각、운동평분급각항실험실검사지표차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。치료후관찰조유효23례，무효7례，총유효솔77%，대조조유효12례，무효18례，총유효솔40%，χ2=8.297，P＜0.05，량조차이유통계학의의,관찰조치료효과우우대조조。결론：주사용서신경생장인자치료급성척수손상유교호적료효화안전성。
[ABSTRACT]Objective:To observe the effectiveness and safety of the mNGF treatment on acute spinal cord injury.Methods:A total of 60 patients with acute spinal cord injury were divided into two groups according to the ircho ice of medicine:mNGF group (30 patients) and control group (30 patients).They were compared in terms of the the rapeutic effect and complication after treatment.Results:Before the treatment therer was no signiifcance in the two groups on the age, sex, site of injury, ASIA damage classiifcation, feeling, movement score and laboratory examination indexes (P>0.05).After the mNGF treatment there was statistical signiifcance in the two groups, spinal function and the mNGF group was recovered better than the control group (χ2=8.297,P<0.05).There were 23 cases effective in the observation group, 7 cases ineffective, the total efifciency of 77%;effective 12 cases in the control group, invalid 18 cases, the total efifciency of 40%. Conclusion:mNGF is an effective approach to acute spinal cord injury without increasing the com plication rate.
