对上海市和南昌市的实证调查发现,当前我国学习型城市建设过程中,“推广应用现代学习技术”的硬件基础条件具备,但是,相对于上海市、南昌市在社会媒体使用、互联网参与学习频率以及高质量电子学习资源满意度方面都有较大差距。同时,两个城市都存在“高质量电子学习资源”整体满意度偏低的情况。因此,为有效提升现代学习技术在学习型城市建设中的应用,需要通过政策来确保便利获取高质量的学习资源,通过学习技术管理人员的专业化保障优质软硬件的提供,通过现代学习技术载体的推广激发市民学习意愿,通过高质量电子学习资源的开发提升市民学习的参与度。

Through empirical investigation on Shanghai and Nanchang, we found that it was equipped with necessary foundation conditions to popularize and apply modern learning technology in building learning city. However,compared with the Shanghai, Nanchang have a larger difference among the using of social media, the frequency of participation and satisfaction of high quality electronic learning resources . At the same time, the overall satisfaction of both were low about “high quality electronic learning resources”. Therefore, in order to promote modern application of learning technology in the construction of learning city effectively, we can implement policies to ensure high quality learning resources conveniently, strengthen the professionalization of technical and administrative staff to guarantee the high quality hardware and software, promote modern learning carrier technology to stimulate willingness of public to learn, develop high quality electronic learning resources to arouse citizens to participate in the learning and open learning resources of communities to share the learning resources of city.
