香草胺盐酸盐(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苄胺盐酸盐)为原料,经氢氧化钠脱去盐酸得到香草胺(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苄胺),充分干燥后,与正壬酰氯在中性条件下以二氯甲烷溶液为溶剂发生反应,粗产物过滤后,进行酸碱处理,从而得到产物。产物结构经气相色谱、红外光谱、核磁共振表征得以确认。此工艺制备方法具有条件温和、后处理操作方便和产品纯度高的特点,可以进行工业化放大。

Synthetic capsaicin was synthesized in a new process by using Vanillylamine Hydrochloride(4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzylamine hydrochloride)and sodium hydroxide as raw material,and water as solvent. After the room temperature reaction,the intermediate product,Vanillylamine(4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzylamine),would be fully dried and dissolved in dichloromethane. Then,N-Nonanoyl Chloride was added into the dichloromethane solution. The final product will be filtered and treated by acid and base. The product structure was characterized by GC ,IR and NMR. The new process,which is a simple process under mild reaction condition with high product purity,can be potentially utilized in industrial amplification.
