针对目前建设工程质量监督管理工作仍存在的部分问题分析其多种原因，并提出相应解决办法：理顺法律法规，及时修订和完善配套制度；明确和提升监督机构执法地位，加强监管队伍建设；严格监督执法，做到执法必严和违法必究；加强质量安全管理意识，做好人员岗位培训；简化建设工程管理程序，强化事先告知和指导；深化监督机构内部管理，提升监管水平。

Aim for the part problems exist in the current construction quality supervision,analyzed multi reasons,and provide solve measures:straighten out the law and regulations;supervision and execute the law strictly,live up to enforcement of law must be strict,violation of the law must be dealt with;strengthen the consciousness of quality and safety management,to do the post training well;simplify the building management procedure,strengthen the telling beforehand and guidance;deepen the inner management of supervision organization,improve supervision and management level.
